Membership

Friends of Castlemaine Clay (FOCC) are not entitled to refunds.

Mud Members (MM) can apply for a refund in exceptional circumstances. The request for refund will be reviewed by the Castlemaine Clay Committee.

Workshops

Participants of workshops will not be entitled to a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. The refund will be pro rata.

If the facilitator of the workshop is unable to run a session, firstly we will try to rebook the session, if this is not possible, you will receive a refund for the portion of the workshop that was not held.

Events

14 days or more prior to the event you will get a full refund. 

14 days to 7 days prior to the event you will get a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days you will not be entitled to a refund.

If the event is not able to proceed as planned, your tickets will still be valid for any rescheduled events. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you can apply for a full refund.

If an event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund.

Retail

If the item is damaged or faulty it will be fully refunded. 

Items will not be refunded due to change of mind.

All refunds are processed at the discretion of the Castlemaine Clay Committee.

All refunds will be minus any transaction fees.
